baby body used for smuggling drugs.
"Pray and be prepared for a shock when you read it. This story is extremely >>sad. My sister's co-worker has a sister in Texas who, with her husband, >>was planning a weekend trip across the Mexican border for a shopping >>spree. At the last minute their baby sitter canceled, so they had to bring >>along their two-year-old son with them. They had been across the border >>for about an hour when the baby got free and ran around the corner. The >>mother went chasing but the boy had disappeared. The mother found a police >>officer that told her to go to the gate and wait. Not really understanding >>the instructions, she did as she was told. About 45 minutes later, a man >>approached the border carrying the boy. The mother ran to him, grateful >>that he had been found. When the man realized it was the boy's mother, he >>dropped the boy and ran. The police were waiting and got him. The boy was >>dead. In the (less than) 45 minutes he was missing, he was cut open, ALL >>of his insides removed and his body cavity stuffed with COCAINE. The man >>was going to carry him across the border as if he were asleep. A >>two-year-old boy, dead, discarded as if he were a piece of trash for >>somebody's cocaine. If this story can get out and change one person's mind >>about what drugs mean to them, we are helping. "
I received the video above from my msn contact, It is .... i can't described it. How could human doing this to a baby? Just imagine, a man killed a baby, removed all the internal organ of the baby, just to smuggle cocaine acros the boundary of a country!.
Just because they wanted to get easy money, they used any method which they did not longer consider correct or not, human or inhuman, stupid or not....
This is a real world, a world of today, a day where human getting stupid and stupid and seems to return back to a stone age.... but I believe the life in stone age will never be as tragic as today.
They do anything on anything which they loved and promise to protect it forever before but they can't no longer survive without taking the drug, so they used whatever method that could used to smuggle drug across the boundaries, to sell it to a foreign country even by killing their love one or killing something that they loved before...
What they get? they get money, few seconds of paradise in their drug's world, they never think or they don't want to think, their action causing crying action to others.....
This is a very stupid and stupid action done by a drug addictative.
So guys out there, never ever taking illegal drug... once you are there, it will not easy for you to return back to normal. The effect of drugs is bigger than what you could imagine or think. But there is still a way to return...it's not easy so think the effect first before you want to do something.
Free our country from drug!!!
Say no to drug!

black out again
One source informed that, today’s blackout happened due to one cable got fired and I am not really sure what causing the previous blackout.
The blackout affect a lots of area in Brunei Muara district including Gadong, Muara, Mentiri, Berakas, Lambak as well as rimba.
Today’s blackout started as early as 3pm and at this time ( 10.03pm), the blackout still continuous, only dim candle and almost finish battery operated lamp brighten my house. It is lucky for me to charge earlier my laptop’s battery so I can add more to my blog while waiting for the electric to operate back to the normal. But my hoping getting dimmer as announcement was made that, the power failure can continuous in few more times.
It can be said that, our country didn’t have backup for power generator. If one of the generator that being used now is fail to operate, there will be no backup to resupply the power back in short time. This is our electrical department weakness. But we shouldn’t put the blame on them.
10;16ppm- the power is back. The unknown volume of sweat realised by my body now slowly evaporate rapidly. I can feel the colling effect of the fan now.
I also wonder, what happen to the banks, shop, hotel, ice cream. Maybe some bank cannot captured few transaction during the power failure, maybe shop . There must be a lots of loss in business today.
Hopefully, the same thing will not happen again in future. We can plan it, but we don’t know either what we plan will happen perfectly in the future. Just wait and see and re fix for what is away from actual plan....
Maybe in the future, we can participate in Earth Day-no electricity for certain hours at night which tool place few weeks ago

price rises
The only simple answer I received was, " flour price rises".
What the cashier wanted to say was since maggie mee made from flour, rising in price of flour will also rise the price for instant maggie.
At first i didn't believe the price for flour to rise in Brunei. Although malaysia news always said few things rises in price but usually it will not affect the price of that thing in Brunei. But it is no longer true nowadays. Last 3 weeks, I went to Milimewah in lambak and I took this oppurtunity to check the price for a kilo of flour. I was surprised to know the price was $1.50 per kilo(see pic) price rises by 50%! I know it only cost a dollar for 1 Kilo of flour 3 years ago!
Now i am comparing today and days during my childhood, from what I remebered, the price of foods few years ago was quite cheap compared with todays price.
the rises in flour price already make us feel unhappy and asked government to do something about it, but thanks to our oil price which is still constant ($0.547 per litre for my car fuel), Imagine if you are outside Brunei!. Do you know that few days ago, the price for oil reaching up to USD120 per barrel! and the price was around USD 30-40 in year 2002!, that a lots of increasing in price ,right?. It is good Brunei have their own production of oil, if we need to import oil from outside, I believe a lots of cars will stay at home, maaybe including mine too!
So people outside there, plese be thankful to our Majestry as well as our governmet.
When you meet Singaporean and Malaysian and please do ask them about the oil price in their country, you will surprise to hear their story.
next time I will blog about oil price...

add straw to the boiling oil to make your food crispy!
This is a true story that I read from my mail, some hawker that wanted to gain lots of cash will use any technique eventhough it will make the customer sick!
"Mum said my uncle saw it in Tunjang (Kedah) and the pasar malam in Titi Chai Kangar (Perlis) where goreng pisang was sold on afternoons. The hawker added a plastic drinking straw into a wok of hot oil and let it melt completely before he started to fry some bananas in the bubbling oil. This is why some fried bananas and ubi are so crispy... For hours...!! My uncle asked the hawker about this, but the hawker did not answer him. When my uncle told my mum about this, they realised this is how the hawkers ensure that fried food stays crispy for their customers. My mum said that in Thailand, they do the same thing to keep fried ikan bilis and fried onions crispy, even if left in the open for hours!! Another time, I was with my family in Cameron Highlands. It was 3:00 PM and we were hanging around the market area, where there were several hawker stalls. At one of them, there was a big wok of boiling oil with an empty plastic bottle floating in it and slowly melting. At first I thought it had fallen into the oil accidentally, but then I saw a little girl, about 7-years old, holding a pair of chopsticks and stirring the bottle around in the hot oil. I realised, Oh my God... These people were using melted plastic to fry food, so that the fried snacks would not turn soft when it cooled down later. Please forward to all your friends... DO NOT EAT CRISPY FRIED SNACKS from the hawkers!! Even if you don't see them melting the plastic in oil, they might have added the plastic a few hours before. After all, they keep the black oil for next day's frying as well, to save cost on cooking oil."
So be Careful and never try to put a straw on the boiling oil to make your foods crispy!

Halal Por*
As you can read on my title it said Halal Por*... but don't misunderstanding, I am not the one who label it as halal but this happened in our neighbour country, Singapore.
One customer claimed he/she saw a halal label was put on the wrapping plastic that wrapped a pork! .... How could that pasar put a halal label on pork which is totally forbidden to be consume by muslims. There is no such thing such as halal Pork.....
Futhermore that shop put a halal logo that seemed endorsed by MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura)...
Astagafirullah....
So muslims out there, be careful when you are visiting Singapore.
(pic source : http://eddyra.net/news/halal-pork)
"SINGAPORE: NTUC FairPrice said it will make a police report over what it called "a deliberate and wilful act of mischief" to tamper with its packaging of "Pasar Fresh Pork". A photo sent in by a viewer showed a packet of pork under NTUC's Pasar brand with a "halal" sticker from the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS). Muslims are forbidden from eating pork and such "halal" labels are reserved for food products that do not contain pork or other non-permissible products. "Halal" means permissible for Muslims to consume. NTUC Fairprice has clarified that the original packaging does not come with a "halal" sticker. It added that this matter is serious and it will take all necessary steps to make sure such act of mischief is stopped and will not be repeated. - CNA/ac"

WATCH OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT!
However, there is nothing more can do by the respectative officer/department, the restoran still working until today.... i can't comment about that as they also have their own reason for that. But it was totally unrespectful, the owner of the restoran, i believed 100% know that, a lots of muslims eat in his restoran but why he still cook pork in their kitchen? He said the food contained the pork was special menu for nonmuslim, but they never told muslim customer about that.
below is a scanned result from investigation done on the food in that restoran
